The worldwide electricity supply network has recently experienced a huge rate of solar photovoltaic penetration. Grid-connected (PV) systems range from smaller custom built-in arrays to larger utility power plants. When the size and share PV in energy mix increases, operational complexity reliability grid stability also increase. growing concern about plants compared traditional is dispersed existence with millions generators (PV panels) spread over kilometers, which increases possibility faults occurring associated risk. As result, robust fault diagnosis mitigation framework remain key component Various monitoring diagnostic are currently being used, defined by calculation electrical parameters, extracted artificial intelligence, thermography. This article explores existing detailed way addresses their possible merits demerits.
